The search is on to find Scotland's most environmentally friendly businesses with entries now open for the 2009 annual Vision in Business for the Environment of Scotland awards (VIBES).
Now in their tenth year, the VIBES awards are free to enter and are open to Scottish businesses of all sizes and sectors that bring benefits to their bottom line through improvements to their environmental performance.
VIBES is a partnership between: Scottish Environment Protection Agency, Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise, Environmental Protection UK and NetRegs.
The scheme is also supported by: Business Environment Partnership; CBI Scotland; Energy Saving Trust; Envirowise; Federation of Small Businesses in Scotland and Forward Scotland.
The award ceremony is sponsored by Pernod Ricard, Chivas Brothers.
The closing date for entries is Friday 26 June 2009. Entries are assessed on the application form and a site visit. Winners will be announced at a prestigious award ceremony in December.
