The Galleon Centre, a leisure complex situated in the town centre of Kilmarnock, has made significant savings through a series of good practice measures to reduce its environmental impact. The benefits to the Centre include energy savings of over £30,000 in the last year , reduced water consumption, saving £6,229, and a 50% reduction in the tonnage of waste going to landfill.
