Measuring the overall environmental impact of products and packaging can be difficult and time consuming. EDIT has evolved from the success of the Pack-In Indicator Tool. This new tool allows you to measure the environmental impact of both your packaging and products.
EDIT simplifies the often-complex process of measuring the environmental impact of products and packaging by building a profile that includes:
- embodied CO2 in materials
- recycled content of materials
- recyclability of the product or packaging system as a whole
- volumetric efficiency
- transportation impacts
- environmental impact at the use stage.
